Responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media and walk-in visits.
• Explain memberships, training programmes, academy activities and current offers using approved information.
• Welcome visitors and assist with registrations, bookings and appointments.
• Help customers complete forms and understand the next steps in their enquiries or applications.
• Follow up on outstanding questions, pending registrations and customer requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication history.
• Send appointment reminders, membership renewal notices and academy updates.
• Share relevant promotional information and assist customers interested in joining activities.
• Record customer feedback and coordinate with colleagues to resolve concerns.
• Support reception, participant registration and customer assistance during events.
• Carry out other related customer service, administrative and operational support duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in customer service, reception, retail or hospitality is an advantage.
• Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Patient, approachable and comfortable speaking with customers.
• Able to write clear and professional WhatsApp messages.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Organised and consistent in maintaining records and following up.
• Able to handle concerns calmly and refer matters to colleagues when needed.
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to work with the team.
• Able to commute to the academy and work on-site.
• Willing to support weekend events when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and preparing monthly social media content.
• Write captions, promotional messages and basic marketing copy.
• Prepare simple posters and promotional materials using Canva or similar tools.
• Assist with photography, video recording and basic photo and video editing.
• Schedule and publish approved content, monitor trends and suggest relevant ideas.
• Support campaigns for memberships, training programmes, events and academy packages.
• Respond to enquiries generated through advertisements, social media and promotions using approved information.
• Follow up with interested prospects, arrange visits and assist with the next steps towards registration.
• Maintain the leads database and record responses, customer interactions and follow-up progress.
• Support membership renewal and reactivation campaigns.
• Assist with event preparation, on-ground activities and post-event follow-ups.
• Track marketing activities and prepare simple progress reports.
• Carry out other related marketing and customer engagement duties assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
• Able to take basic photos and videos.
• Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable initiating conversations and following up.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently.
• Able to commute to the academy and work on-site.
• Willing to support weekend events and travel to event locations when required.
• Interest in sports, shooting, outdoor activities or lifestyle content is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate administrative and member records.
• Organise physical and digital files, forms and supporting documents.
• Prepare routine letters, lists and administrative documents.
• Check documents for completeness and follow up on missing information.
• Assist with registration records, bookings, appointments and attendance lists.
• Assist with preparing invoices and receipts, recording payments and compiling supporting documents as instructed.
• Attend to visitors and basic enquiries, referring requests to the appropriate colleague.
• Assist with event registration and administrative preparations.
• Coordinate routine office matters and monitor administrative supplies.
• Handle company and customer information confidentially.
• Carry out other related administrative and operational support duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Docs and Sheets.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

• Able to commute to the academy and work on-site.
• Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
